From the impressive sandstone column entrance on the esplanade, the stairway rises to the first floor and your luxurious accommodation beyond. The apartment is on the first floor and comprises of one double bedroom, bathroom, spacious lounge, dining room/reading room, kitchen and large entrance hall area. Built in the 1800’s it boasts many of the features of a bygone Victorian era. High ceilings, spacious, well proportioned, original fireplaces in the rooms and detailed ceiling cornices. The beautiful oak bedroom furniture and the view over Oban Bay with the landmark MacCaig’s Folly towering above the town, provide a wonderfully romantic and unique backdrop for a perfect romantic short break in the Seafood Capital of Scotland.

Those of you who prefer to “eat in” will enjoy the lovely views over the bay and the excellent choice from small convenience stores to large supermarkets and fresh seafood outlets at the harbour. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a quick microwave meal or a full 5 course meal! There is some coffee, tea, herbal tea and sugar for your arrival and useful things like salt & pepper. We provide tea towels, oven gloves, dish clothes, washing-up liquid and cleaning products.
The apartment is equipped with Television, WiFi, Fridge/Freezer, Washing machine, Bed linen & towels included.
The newly refurbished bathroom includes a large, walk in shower.
Parking is just round the corner from the flat in an allocated space.
